I saw her from across the convention floor Her character was one I'd always liked I admired that she used her own hair instead of a wig My mind quickly raced thinking of the cosplay pairings we could do I hoped she would recognize my character and ask for a hug or picture The entire weekend just became worth it I didn't even know her name but that was the least of my worries I searched and searched the second day for her She had changed her cosplay How simple minded had I been to forget this could be done I thought of how to ask her to the dance at the rave later that night Did she think my cosplay was bad Would she be embarrassed

So I want to a-kno again this year.  This was probably the least prepared I've ever been.  Idk was it was but just something about being in college and working made me forget about it until the last minute.  I forgot key pieces to both of the cosplays I took this year and had to find crappy replacements for at the con.  I also felt sick throughout most of the weekend so stayed in the room way to much.
